Login

After your first login you do not need to verify your email or add your phone number again.

Open the login page

Go to merchant.clickpesa.com.

Enter your credentials

Enter your email and password, then click Login.

Enter your OTP

Enter the OTP sent to your phone number.
OTP is a 5-digit code sent via SMS to your phone number. Every time you sign in with your email and password you receive an OTP that you must enter to access your account. The OTP is unique and expires after a couple of minutes. If the OTP is incorrect, you cannot log in — use Resend OTP to receive a new code. You can also receive the OTP by email.

Reset Password

Start password reset

On the login page, click Forgot password under the password field.

Click Forgot password on the login page.

Request a reset link

Enter your email and click submit to receive a password reset link.

Enter the email address for your account.

Open the email link

Check your email and click the Reset Password button.

Use the Reset Password button in the email.

Set a new password

Enter your new password and confirm it, then click Update Password.
