The Merchant Dashboard keeps you informed in two ways:
  1. Transaction notifications — real-time updates about payments, deposits, and payouts (bell icon, email, and web)
  2. Account alerts — banners at the top of relevant pages for setup, KYC, settlement, collection, and product updates

Account alerts

Account alerts highlight actions that need your attention or share important product updates. They appear below the page title and breadcrumbs. What you can expect
  • Relevant pages only: Most alerts show where you can resolve them — for example collection setup on Get Started and Settings → Collection, settlement updates on account and payout pages, and developer product updates on the dashboard and Settings → Developers
  • Critical KYC limits: If your pre-KYC transaction limit is reached, a restriction alert stays available across the dashboard until KYC is approved
  • Dismiss informational updates: Product updates and similar messages can be dismissed after you’ve read them so they don’t keep reappearing
  • Collapse when needed: You can temporarily hide or expand alerts on a page while you work
Account alerts are separate from the notification bell. Use notification settings for payment, payout, and deposit preferences.

Transaction notifications

Transaction notifications alert you to key account activity in real time. You can customize which transaction types and channels you receive alerts for. Notification categories
  1. Payout — payout initiated, refunded, or reversed
  2. Deposit — deposit instructions and confirmations
  3. Local payment — payments settled into your account
  4. CRDB Direct Debit mandates — mandate requested, approved, rejected, or cancelled (see Payment Plans)
Channels
  1. Email — sent to your registered email address
  2. In-app — shown inside the Merchant Dashboard
  3. Web — browser notifications when logged in (Safari support may vary)
