# Login and Password Reset
> How to log in to the ClickPesa Merchant Dashboard with OTP and reset your password
First-time registration, email verification, and OTP setup are covered in [Get Started With ClickPesa](/home/onboarding#step-1-sign-up).
## Login
After your first login you do not need to verify your email or add your phone number again.
Go to [merchant.clickpesa.com](https://merchant.clickpesa.com/).
Enter your email and password, then click **Login**.
Enter the OTP sent to your phone number.
OTP is a 5-digit code sent via SMS to your phone number. Every time you sign in with your email and password you receive an OTP that you must enter to access your account. The OTP is unique and expires after a couple of minutes. If the OTP is incorrect, you cannot log in — use **Resend OTP** to receive a new code. You can also receive the OTP by email.
## Reset Password
On the login page, click **Forgot password** under the password field.
Enter your email and click submit to receive a password reset link.
Check your email and click the **Reset Password** button.
Enter your new password and confirm it, then click **Update Password**.
